Our Mission
Beyond Boundaries was born from Alice’s lifelong passion for sports. Thanks to her parents and school, she had the opportunity to explore a wide range of activities from a young age—from gymnastics to athletics—which enriched her childhood and adolescence.
Building on this background and her experience in travel and cultural exchanges, Alice founded Beyond Boundaries with the goal of creating a sports center in Hunza, one of the most remote regions in northern Pakistan.
The center aims to provide children and women in the community with opportunities to grow through sports, digital tools, and exploration of their own region via engaging activities.
During her trek to the K2 Base Camp, Alice met Charlotte from Australia. Sharing a deep passion for sports, Charlotte decided to join the team and support the project.
Charlotte is also an accomplished athlete, recognized as the youngest runner in the UTMB 2024, bringing experience, inspiration, and dedication to the initiative.

Our Initiatives
As these two images show, at over 2,500 meters above sea level, where we live, there is currently no climbing center where children can train indoors and stay protected from the cold.
It is therefore essential to build a sports center that provides a safe space for climbing and other sports activities. In the photo on the right, you can see a climbing gym in Geneva, an example of what we hope to offer here.

A Glimpse of Our Activities
Thanks to a chance encounter with French tourists who are climbing instructors in France, we were able to organize an unforgettable climbing session.
Similarly, we guided Tehzeeb on a three-day glacier trek and Saliha on the ascent of a peak over 5,000 meters.
We organize a variety of activities to provide children with a space to connect through sports, interact with travelers, and mutually enrich each other through the sharing of knowledge and skills.
