  • Accounting data: 10 years in accordance with tax legislation.

  • Images and testimonials: until withdrawal of consent.

Afterward, data is deleted or anonymized.

  • Local guides and partner providers directly involved in organizing the trip;

  • Insurers, carriers, and accommodations necessary for the service;

  • Administrative authorities if required by law.

The trademarks Beyond the Wonderland and Beyond Boundaries, as well as their logos and visual identities, are original creations protected by law.
